Guided checks
Try the right steps, in order.
Open an item and follow the listed order. Stop as soon as the feature starts behaving normally again.
01A Talk will not start or cannot be heard
First check the conditions that directly affect audio.
- Check volume, audio output and network connection.
- To send, make sure Talder has Microphone access in iOS Settings.
- Check the other person’s status, then reopen Talder and try again.
- If it happens only in one chat or group, mention that in your report.
02Notifications or Talks do not arrive in the background
System conditions can affect how and when an alert appears.
- Check that Talder notifications are enabled in iOS.
- Review Focus, Do Not Disturb and Scheduled Summary settings.
- Temporarily disable Low Power Mode and try on a stable network.
- Tell us whether it happens on Wi‑Fi, cellular data or both.
03You cannot access your account
Use the same method chosen during registration and carefully check the associated address.
- For recovery messages, also check Spam and Junk folders.
- Never forward a password or an email verification code to anyone.
- To delete your account, follow the dedicated procedure.
04You want to change permissions or visibility
In-app preferences and iOS permissions control different parts of the experience.
- In Talder, manage activity, location, battery and music visibility.
- In iOS, manage Microphone, Photos, Contacts, Location and Notifications.
- To block or report someone, use the actions available from their Profile.
- For more detail, read the Privacy Policy.
