No advertising tracking

The website does not include analytics, advertising pixels, heatmaps, profiling or non-essential cookies. Browsing data is not used for third-party advertising.

Preferences stored in your browser

To remember your choices, the website may store the selected theme under talder-theme, the selected language under talder-language and, when you use the support interface, the conversation history, state and a random session identifier. This information remains on your device and can be removed by clearing the website’s browser data or starting a new conversation from the support interface.

Support chat

Messages exchanged with automated replies remain in your browser until you request a human operator. When you choose human support, the conversation history, request message, a random identifier, language, current page and message times are sent to a cloud storage and real-time messaging service used to connect you with authorised operators. Do not enter passwords, verification codes or unnecessary data.

The remote conversation remains available to authorised operators until the session is closed or removed. You can end it from the interface; closing removes the remote session when a connection is available. This data is not used for advertising or profiling.

Hosting and technical data

The website is delivered through a web-hosting and traffic-protection provider. The provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser information and security data. Talder does not add behavioral analytics to these technical flows.

Recipients of this data are cloud-service, storage and communications businesses operating in the European Economic Area and the United States. Processing may involve international transfers, subject to the safeguards required by law. You can contact us to learn which actual recipients received your data and which safeguards apply.
